Delivery Information

All orders within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped UPS fully insured ground or truck freight for heavier orders.  If pallet shipping is required we will contact you.  Customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges which will be added to the invoice.  Handling charges are a minimum of $4.00 per order and a maximum of 3%.  Many of our products vary in size, weight and shape which alters the way each order needs to be packed.  Exact shipping charges can only be calculated once the entire order is pulled and packed.

Overnight and 2nd day available at extra cost. 

If another shipping method is required customer must discuss this with us in advance to see if the request can be accommodated

We ship the order to the address listed in the shipping section of the invoice that is submitted for processing.  If an incorrect address has been submitted and the order has already shipped any additional change or return fees charged by the shipper will be billed automatically to the credit card provided with the order. 

If a request is made to ship under a specific UPS account number or a carrier is sent to pick up merchandise we are not responsible for any damages or missing items.  You must contact your carrier. 

If a request has been approved to ship USPS we are not responsible for any claims of missing or damaged merchandise.  We do insure merchandise shipped through the post office but if a claim needs to be filed it is the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for damages or missing items on any orders shipped Internationally whether by post office or other carrier.
