Showroom Visit Requirements

In order to provide a pleasant and safe shopping experience all showroom visits are by appointment only.  Please complete all steps listed below prior to your showroom visit :

• All customers must make an appointment as visitors without an appointment will not be able to shop at that time.

• All customers must signup and register their information as a new customer (if you have not already done so) on our website.

• All customers must have a business and provide a valid, current resale certificate prior to entry.  This may be emailed to sales@gemstonefactory.net or uploaded online here Upload Resale Certificate.

• Only 2 people may enter the premises per appointment at the same time.

• The showroom opens and 10:00am and closes at 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
